DAY ONE ~ WHEEL ONE

1) Muladhara ~ Root Chakra *located base of spine, pelvic floor, first 3 vertebrae*

“Deep Roots Growing Down”

As we dip focus into the survival center/ foundation; we find that our energy system works similar to that of a tree. As we breathe into a new day, we move all excess energies down down down into the roots, to be absorbed and reused for higher purpose. This brings a sense of safety, and centeredness as we come back to our base.

The first chakra is also associated with the Stone Nation. A stable ground.

Remembering to not get so knitted in the mind. Remembering to just breathe, nourish, and tend to the body and its needs as we walk into NOW.

Stretching, breathing, receiving.
